Qualification & Experience:	Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in Quantity Survey preferably in residential projects - villa or high-rise buildings Marketing Strategy, positioning, ideation, planning and execution Creating brand awareness amongst target segment Identify (relevant) customer bases, brand promotions, project promotions, communication Digital marketing - planning, execution Lead generation Gathering market intelligence in terms of competition / rates / locations / trends ATL, BTL planning and execution Relationship management with service providers, vendors Marketing budgets Website management Digital presence management Strategise, plan, participate in expos, exhibitions, events Any other function as and when delegated
